Your kids will love helping you make this kid friendly Rudolph sugar cookie recipe!
Last night as we were driving through town, we saw our first set of holiday lights on a house. And I freaked out. It’s not even Thanksgiving yet, but I was so happy to see them. I love the holidays, there is just so much to celebrate between late November and January 1! I love the music, the lights, the way community comes together and I love making Christmas cookies!
My kids and I bake a lot. At least once a week, we’re in the kitchen together making something. If you ask 7 year old what his favorite thing is to make, he’d tell you it was homemade pizza. If you ask 3 year old Lola, she’d tell you cookies!
Lola is finally at the stage where she’s ready to do more than just crack eggs and stir. She wants to be involved in the back end process now too. She’s no longer content to watch me frost or decorate. She wants in on the action too! The method we used for this kid friendly Rudolph sugar cookie recipe is just her speed. And she loved being part of it!
