The Ultimate List Of Halloween Events For Kids In Western MA 2015

If you’re family is like mine- you’re about to dive full force into Halloween. Because Halloween is on a weekend this year, there is so much more time for fun! I searched high and low for an exhaustive list of Halloween events for kids in Western MA, and just didn’t quite find what I was looking for. So, I decided to create one myself. While this list probably isn’t 100% complete, it certainly has something for everyone along the 91N/S corridor!

Whil! A lot of these events are even the weekend before Halloween weekend, which means you get double the fun!

Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys and Girls Club RagShag Parade, Trunk Or Treat, and Halloween Carnival, Ludlow MA

• Location 91 Claudias Way, Ludlow, MA
• Time: 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm (Parade starts at 6:00 pm)
• Cost: Free or bring in a non perishable food item for their food drive.

Spooky Safari at the Zoo at Forest Park, Springfield MA. The Zoo will be hosting spooky safari Saturday night from 6 – 9. Spooky safari is safe trick or treating for children, we have a fun, educational game tent, we have arts & crafts, a costume parade followed with a costume contest! All the kids…and adults love this exciting event! 100% of the profit goes back into the Zoo to assist with animal care.

Wilbraham Children’s Museum Trunk Or Treat, Wilbraham, MA. Join us here at the museum for this annual Trunk or Treat Halloween party. Fun for all. A safe trick or treating experience for little children – kids go from one decorated car or van to another trick or treating. Contact the museum to sign up if you’d like to host a trunk!

Franklin County Pumpkin Fest, Turners Falls The event will include children’s activities, pumpkin carving, lantern making, live music and entertainment, food vendors and much more.

Not So Scary Halloween, Holyoke MA Holyoke Parks & Recreation’s annual not-so-scary Halloween event is for children 12 years old and younger. There will be a haunted house inside the Visitor’s Center, music, games, a limited amount of goodie bags, merry-go-round (extra charge) and to top it all off there will be a COSTUME CONTEST with prizes. The BOO FEST is fun for the whole family! The event is held rain or shine.

Costume contest includes funniest, cutest, most original, best group, best adult and scariest. Event is held rain or shine but is postponed if it snows and there is a power outage.
